Account data (email, password hash), alert configuration you create, and deal-match history tied to your account. If you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes payment details — we never see or store your card number.
To run the service: authenticate you, match public marketplace listings to your alerts, send you the notifications you configured (e.g. Discord webhook), and bill your subscription.
We use Supabase (database, auth), Stripe (payments), and Make.com / Apify (scraping infrastructure). Each is bound by their own data-processing terms.
We keep your account data while your account is active. Deal-match history is kept for up to 90 days. Delete your account at any time to remove personal data, subject to legal retention requirements for billing records.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting us via the email in the app footer. If you're in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR; if you're in California, you have rights under CCPA.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel. No system is perfectly secure — we'll notify affected users promptly of any incident.
